At Memory Guestbook Co., we take great care in preparing and delivering your event materials so they arrive beautifully and on time. This policy outlines how and when your order will ship, in compliance with Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce requirements.

📦 Processing Time

All table cards, signage, and printed event materials are produced to order.  

Orders ship within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

If we ever anticipate a delay beyond this window, we will notify you immediately using the contact information provided at checkout.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe, trackable delivery.

- United States: USPS or DHL  

- Canada: USPS International or DHL International

Your carrier will be selected based on speed, reliability, and your delivery address.

🌎 Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

- United States (all states and territories)

- Canada

At this time, we do not ship to other international locations.

📬 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

- A tracking number

- The carrier name

- A link to track your shipment in real time

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

💳 Duties & Taxes (Canada)

Canadian customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us right away at support@memoryguestbook.com.  

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
